New Patient Registrationregister_now

In order to register with the practice you should bring your NHS medical card between 3.00pm and 5.00pm. If you don’t have a medical card a receptionist will ask you to fill in a form and request any appropriate documentation. This form will be submitted to the Health Board without delay. We will then offer you a registration medical appointment.

If you prefer a particular type of doctor e.g. female for a female patient and vice versa we will note this and do our best to respect your choice. However not all doctors in the practice provide all service and specific doctors may not be immediately available.

Practice Area

Our area comprises the postal districts of:G21, G31.1, G31.2, G31.3 and G33 with the exception of G33.6.
